Small for-GIFing-purposes update

A couple small updates today, one of which is in the embedded version and one of which is exclusive to the rain_gif6.p8.png version:

• The pause menu now has an option to reroll both color palette and rain pattern at the same time, like the cart does when it boots. This is primarily here for me recording GIFs with it - on which note:
• Version 6, in the attached PICO-8 cart .png, has a second pause menu option to record a GIF. This function clears all the little data windows indicating changed volume, palette, and rain pattern, waits the loop time of the GIF (by default, 8 seconds), and then saves a GIF of that length to the hard drive.

This project has been simultaneously one of the smallest and least exciting I've done, and one of my favorites. There was a lot of tuning that went into making the motion of the falling droplets feel right and the color palettes feel good, and these small tweaks let me show off the output of that work more easily.
