Various tweaks; thanks to people reading so far!

It’s been super heartening how many people are reading our guide! It seems like people really appreciate it, and I’m glad of that - honestly, coming up with “Pakapa” was the first toki pona thing we did, before we even knew any toki pona words.

We’ve done a couple updates - most notably to “ijo”: if you have v0.2.2 downloaded, know that people can be “ijo”, it’s not specific, we gave a false impression there - but mostly we’re just happy that people are reading it. It doesn’t sound like there’s any big problems with it, but please let us know if you see anything you’d suggest changing. And feel free to reply with your new names!

(Edit: Oh, we also figured out how to fix the table of contents, so as of v0.2.4 it won’t be saying that the appendix starts on page 6 when it clearly starts on page 7 any more.)
